About the role
- Own and scale our performance marketing channels to drive profitable new customer growth — with a strong focus on CAC, LTV, and full-funnel performance.
- Audit the current setup across Paid Social & Paid Search (based on channel and on-site metrics) — identify untapped potential and growth levers and define a clear strategy and monthly roadmap for key growth initiatives on each channel.
- Unlock new audiences through creative strategy, roadmap, and excellent execution.
- Drive creative excellence and message–market-fit optimization across the full customer journey by proactively generating customer insights.
- Further build and lead a high-performing in-house performance team and external agencies, and establish scalable, efficient processes with a tech-enabled backbone.
- Drive growth by systematically testing new performance marketing channels (e.g., TikTok, native, etc.) with clearly defined targets and execution roadmaps.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align roadmaps and maximize business impact.
- Stay ahead of platform developments, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of scaling e‑commerce brands through direct-response marketing and full-funnel growth.
- Proven experience building in-house performance teams, including robust, diversified, and high-velocity creative pipelines.
- You combine analytical skills with customer-centric thinking and marketing/sales acumen to identify opportunities and bottlenecks and translate them into clear hypotheses and testing roadmaps.
- You own and drive execution with structured planning, testing, iteration, and learning together with your team and stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of customer needs, messaging, and value propositions, and the ability to translate them into high-converting journeys, strong message–market fit, and effective full-funnel communication.
- You keep up with platform developments, algorithm changes, new tools and trends, growth hacks and tactics across channels, continuously evolving your channel strategies, testing roadmaps, and infrastructure.
