About the role

  • Own and scale our performance marketing channels to drive profitable new customer growth — with a strong focus on CAC, LTV, and full-funnel performance.
  • Audit the current setup across Paid Social & Paid Search (based on channel and on-site metrics) — identify untapped potential and growth levers and define a clear strategy and monthly roadmap for key growth initiatives on each channel.
  • Unlock new audiences through creative strategy, roadmap, and excellent execution.
  • Drive creative excellence and message–market-fit optimization across the full customer journey by proactively generating customer insights.
  • Further build and lead a high-performing in-house performance team and external agencies, and establish scalable, efficient processes with a tech-enabled backbone.
  • Drive growth by systematically testing new performance marketing channels (e.g., TikTok, native, etc.) with clearly defined targets and execution roadmaps.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align roadmaps and maximize business impact.
  • Stay ahead of platform developments, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of scaling e‑commerce brands through direct-response marketing and full-funnel growth.
  • Proven experience building in-house performance teams, including robust, diversified, and high-velocity creative pipelines.
  • You combine analytical skills with customer-centric thinking and marketing/sales acumen to identify opportunities and bottlenecks and translate them into clear hypotheses and testing roadmaps.
  • You own and drive execution with structured planning, testing, iteration, and learning together with your team and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs, messaging, and value propositions, and the ability to translate them into high-converting journeys, strong message–market fit, and effective full-funnel communication.
  • You keep up with platform developments, algorithm changes, new tools and trends, growth hacks and tactics across channels, continuously evolving your channel strategies, testing roadmaps, and infrastructure.
