Job Level

About the role

  • You own, develop and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Google to acquire new customers for HEY HOLY
  • You manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and customer acquisition
  • You analyze campaign data and derive concrete recommendations for continuous creative optimization
  • You translate performance insights into strong creative concepts, working closely with internal creative team and external partners
  • You conduct deep audience analyses, using existing customer research, reviews, comments, insights from online communities, and cross-functional input (e.g., from product marketing) to develop hypotheses
  • Together with our Data team, you establish a weekly reporting framework with clearly defined KPIs across the entire funnel – and conduct additional analyses as needed to validate your hypotheses
  • You continuously test new hypotheses across creatives, offers, structures and landing pages – and validate them with data
  • You stay on top of the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and integrate them strategically into your creatives
  • You report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and work closely with leadership to align performance marketing with overall growth and revenue goals

Requirements

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a comparable role, having managed a spend of at least EUR 100k per month on Meta in one of your most recent roles – ideally in a D2C environment with a full-funnel focus on new customer acquisition
  • You have strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and solid experience with Google Ads (Search, PMax)
  • You have a deep understanding of core performance KPIs (CAC, CVR, AOV, MER, LTV), analyze data confidently with Klar & GA4 and derive clear, actionable implications for channel, budget and structure decisions
  • You translate performance insights and audience learnings into sharp creative briefs and hypotheses, guiding internal and external teams toward ads that are both on-brand and performance-driven
  • You understand how dog parents think – what matters to them, what they pay attention to, what pain points they have – and you’re excited to dive even deeper into their world
  • You work in a highly structured and self-directed way, with a strong eye for detail. You get projects done through smart planning, proactive communication, and a drive to execute
  • You have strong English skills; German is a plus – or alternatively, you’re on excellent terms with DeepL and ChatGPT.
