Junior Sales Manager – Hybrid

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research and identification of potential target customers (B2B)
- Active outreach to decision-makers via phone, LinkedIn and email
- Building and maintaining a qualified sales pipeline
- Supporting the preparation of presentations and proposals
- Documenting all activities in our CRM system
- Participating in sales meetings and coordinating with marketing and project management
- Prospectively: independently managing initial customer contacts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Interest in B2B sales and new customer acquisition
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in speaking with people
- Initial experience in sales, telesales or customer service is an advantage
- Independent and structured way of working
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Confident use of digital tools (CRM, LinkedIn, email)
- Motivation, willingness to learn and enthusiasm for sales
