About the role
- Answer and independently handle incoming customer calls in a solution-oriented and efficient manner
- Communicate professionally, courteously and with a strong service orientation with our customers
- Document and maintain all customer issues in the CRM system
- Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction at the highest level
Requirements
- You meet the prerequisites to work as a freelancer
- You have initial experience in customer service
- Your place of work/residence is in the EU (outside Germany), or you will be relocating soon
- You have very good German language skills (C1/C2, verifiable)
- Independent working style and high reliability
- You have a secure workspace that is not visible to and/or accessible by third parties
- You have a desk, an office chair, and the required hardware (PC, two monitors, mouse/keyboard, webcam, headset)
- You have a stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps (wired).
