About the role
- Provide telephone and written support to existing customers
- Handle inquiries regarding products, plans and services
- Resolve customer issues following established processes
- Ensure a high level of service quality in daily customer contact
Requirements
- Residence within the EU and engagement as a freelancer
- Very good German, spoken and written (at least C1/C2)
- A quiet, dedicated room in the home office is required
- Experience in customer service, ideally in the telecommunications sector
- Reliability, flexibility and a service-oriented working style
