About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the shipping department at the Sheboygan site.
  • Safely load and ship bulk outbound material into tank trucks, totes and drums.
  • Receive and transport to storage inbound material from both internal and external customers.
  • Clean work area and make minor repairs or adjustments.
  • Participate in safety training and audits.
  • Understand and ensure safety standards are met.
  • Perform analytical testing of in-process samples and finished products.
  • Maintain certification to the shipping department operating manual.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 years’ work experience – industrial environment preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to perform mathematical operations quickly and accurately.
  • Troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to use a computer effectively with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, manufacturer’s literature, diagrams, or schematics.
  • Safety focus in prior jobs
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
