Maintenance Supervisor

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Promote and enforce safe work practices and Hexion safety standards.
- Support Process Safety Management (PSM) and Mechanical Integrity (MI) programs.
- Lead daily maintenance activities and coordinate maintenance resources.
- Ensure maintenance work is properly planned, prioritized, scheduled, executed, and closed in SAP.
- Manage maintenance backlog and schedule adherence.
- Drive pump reliability, lubrication, vibration analysis, infrared inspections, and other predictive maintenance initiatives.
- Support inspection programs, pressure vessel compliance, fire protection systems, interlock testing, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability for maintenance personnel.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Journeyman-level maintenance, electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, millwright, or industrial maintenance experience.
- Minimum 5 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a maintenance environment.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
