About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support HPE’s US end-to-end recruitment throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, from requisition creation to onboarding
Develop and maintain relationships with strategic universities and organizations to enhance HPE’s talent pipeline and support early identification programs
Coordinate and supervise the university talent pipeline from sourcing to offer
Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment events to showcase HPE’s employer brand
Manage HPE volunteers and attendees during events
Manage the AMS HPE Campus Teams Program and Graduate Onboarding, including team-member training, program coordination, and budget management
Provide support and framework to HPE’s Global Campus Teams Program and Onboarding outside AMS
Partner with the University Center of Excellence, business stakeholders, and HR partners on recruitment strategies and critical projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address hiring challenges and implement solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
4+ years of related experience in program management, event management, university programs, talent programs, or a related field
Experience planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale programs, events, or initiatives
Experience in university recruitment is a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills for internal and external stakeholders
Strong organizational, project management, and data management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Willingness to travel to support university recruiting events and strategic campus initiatives during peak recruiting seasons
