About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support HPE’s US end-to-end recruitment throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, from requisition creation to onboarding
- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic universities and organizations to enhance HPE’s talent pipeline and support early identification programs
- Coordinate and supervise the university talent pipeline from sourcing to offer
- Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment events to showcase HPE’s employer brand
- Manage HPE volunteers and attendees during events
- Manage the AMS HPE Campus Teams Program and Graduate Onboarding, including team-member training, program coordination, and budget management
- Provide support and framework to HPE’s Global Campus Teams Program and Onboarding outside AMS
- Partner with the University Center of Excellence, business stakeholders, and HR partners on recruitment strategies and critical projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address hiring challenges and implement solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- 4+ years of related experience in program management, event management, university programs, talent programs, or a related field
- Experience planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale programs, events, or initiatives
- Experience in university recruitment is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills for internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational, project management, and data management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Willingness to travel to support university recruiting events and strategic campus initiatives during peak recruiting seasons
