About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead operational execution and service delivery excellence aligned with business priorities, data quality, governance, productivity, and customer outcomes
- Drive organizational effectiveness through workforce planning, talent development, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership development
- Lead operational excellence initiatives involving process simplification, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle environment
- Partner with Product Engineering, NPI, Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, IT, and business stakeholders
- Identify, prioritize, and lead strategic initiatives involving AI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation
- Improve operational efficiency, scalability, decision-making, and business outcomes
- Coach and develop leaders, manage managers, build high-performing teams, and foster accountability, collaboration, innovation, and growth
- Manage budgets, prioritization, resource planning, investment decisions, and value realization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related discipline
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Operations, Product Data Management, Supply Chain, Business Enablement, Transformation, or related functions
- Demonstrated success leading large global teams and developing leaders in complex operational environments
- Proven experience driving operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, process improvement, and business transformation initiatives
- Strong business, operational, technology, and financial acumen
- Ability to translate strategy into measurable execution and sustainable business results
- Strong people leadership skills, including coaching and developing leaders, managing managers, and building high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of operational excellence, master data management, governance, supply chain operations, order management, and business process transformation
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and organizational influence skills
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, analytics, and digital technologies
- Experience managing budgets, prioritization, resource planning, investment decisions, and value realization
