About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead operational execution and service delivery excellence aligned with business priorities, data quality, governance, productivity, and customer outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related discipline
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Operations, Product Data Management, Supply Chain, Business Enablement, Transformation, or related functions
Demonstrated success leading large global teams and developing leaders in complex operational environments
Proven experience driving operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, process improvement, and business transformation initiatives
Strong business, operational, technology, and financial acumen
Ability to translate strategy into measurable execution and sustainable business results
Strong people leadership skills, including coaching and developing leaders, managing managers, and building high-performing teams
Deep understanding of operational excellence, master data management, governance, supply chain operations, order management, and business process transformation
Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and organizational influence skills
Experience leveraging AI, automation, analytics, and digital technologies
Experience managing budgets, prioritization, resource planning, investment decisions, and value realization
