About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as first point of technical contact for Aruba Switching customers via phone, web, and email.
- Create, prioritize, and manage TAC cases in HPE case management systems.
- Maintain timely customer communication with professional case updates.
- Collect and validate troubleshooting outputs and follow standard runbooks.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or related field
- 4 - 6+ years of experience in Network operations, NOC, TAC support, or Field networking
- Networking Fundamentals: TCP/IP, OSI Model, Subnetting, and IP addressing
- Switching Fundamentals: Aruba AOS-CX & AOS-S CLI, Interface configuration
- Operating Systems & Tools: Basic Linux & Windows troubleshooting, CLI access, Case management tools
