About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a Graduate Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for offering solutions to help our customers operate and maintain their environments.
- Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify business needs and propose tailored service solutions
- Support the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, and follow-up
- Contribute to revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Stay informed about market trends and client challenges
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree within the last 12 months with a focus in sales/marketing, computer science, international business/management, finance/economics, or related.
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Strong interest in sales and client relationship management
- Commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
- Team player with a positive attitude
- The drive to seek out what’s next and to deliver exceptional results
- A collaborative, solution-focused spirit and overall sense of urgency
- The desire to embrace new ideas and fresh thinking and seek out ideas different than your own
- Experience as an active leader on campus who strives to make a positive impact on the world
- Comfort with working in a hybrid (virtual and face-to-face) environment
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills and the ability to ask smart questions.
