About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase Hybrid Observability attach rate, revenue, create an expand pipeline, avoid churn, increase renewals
- Partner with Sales and pre-sales to identify, qualify, and support strategic customer opportunities
- Create value propositions, sales plays, competitive positioning, and enablement content
- Conduct Hybrid Observability sales pitch and demos in front of customers
- Bring awareness to customers and HPE field by conducting training and enablement
- Manage exceptions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years in Business Development, GTM Strategy, Solution Consulting, or Enterprise Sales
- Experience with hybrid cloud, AI infrastructure, SaaS, observability, or IT operations solutions, and HPE products
- Strong communication, strategic planning, and organization skills
- Ability to influence across Pre-sales, Sales, Product teams
- Experience with Partners and Channel is a plus
