About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase Hybrid Observability attach rate, revenue, create an expand pipeline, avoid churn, increase renewals
  • Partner with Sales and pre-sales to identify, qualify, and support strategic customer opportunities
  • Create value propositions, sales plays, competitive positioning, and enablement content
  • Conduct Hybrid Observability sales pitch and demos in front of customers
  • Bring awareness to customers and HPE field by conducting training and enablement
  • Manage exceptions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years in Business Development, GTM Strategy, Solution Consulting, or Enterprise Sales
  • Experience with hybrid cloud, AI infrastructure, SaaS, observability, or IT operations solutions, and HPE products
  • Strong communication, strategic planning, and organization skills
  • Ability to influence across Pre-sales, Sales, Product teams
  • Experience with Partners and Channel is a plus
