Develop and execute a comprehensive, global change management strategy for the cybersecurity function.
Identify and analyze key stakeholders across all levels and regions of the organization to ensure their buy-in and support for cybersecurity initiatives.
Conduct thorough change impact assessments to identify potential risks, anticipate points of resistance, and develop mitigation strategies.
Design and oversee the development of engaging training and communication materials and programs to equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to adopt new cybersecurity practices and technologies.
Define and measure success metrics to monitor the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives.
Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders and managers to help them effectively guide their teams through change.
Requirements
Education / Experience in Organizational Development, Change Management, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or a related field desirable.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior or lead change management role, with a significant portion of that time focused on technology or cybersecurity initiatives within a large, multinational corporation.
Proven track record of successfully leading complex, large-scale change initiatives across a global organization.
Expertise in Change Management Methodologies: Deep understanding and practical application of change management principles and methodologies, such as Prosci ADKAR or other similar frameworks.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align change initiatives with broader business and cybersecurity objectives.
Exceptional Communication: World-class communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate a clear and compelling vision for change to a variety of audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership.
Stakeholder Influence: Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of a complex organization.
Risk Management: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with organizational change.
Leadership and Coaching: Proven ability to lead and coach others through change, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
