About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and manage strategic supply chain models that translate physical and financial flows into end‑to‑end business processes
Identify, recommend, and lead the implementation of improvement initiatives
Proactively identify operational inefficiencies, uncover new business support opportunities, and develop facts‑driven recommendations
Act as a project owner and coordinator for analytics‑driven initiatives — structuring workstreams, managing dependencies, and ensuring delivery of outcomes
Co‑develop and evolve a data and analytics strategy aligned with business goals
Leverage AI‑enabled analytics, automation, and AI agent‑based tools to accelerate insight generation and forecasting
Ensure data quality, consistency, and availability while collaborating with Global Logistics & Geo Spares Operations teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

First‑level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred
Typically 3–6 years of experience in supply chain, business analytics, modelling, project management, or related roles
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and structured‑thinking skills
Proven project and initiative management capability
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, scripts/macros)
Strong experience with PowerPoint, Access, and high‑level modelling tools
Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools is a strong asset
Practical experience or strong curiosity in AI usage, automation, and agent‑based tools applied to analytics and decision support
Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, executive‑level narratives and recommendations
Strong business acumen with an understanding of supply chain and emerging analytics trends.
Material, production, or business planning experience is preferred
Prior management consulting experience is advantageous
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local language.
