About the role
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex, large-scale transformation programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and agility.
- Establish and oversee frameworks for tracking and measuring impact of transformation initiatives.
- Provide executive oversight for the full portfolio of cybersecurity programs.
- Project and forecast budgets via rigorous financial planning and oversight.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class cybersecurity transformation and program delivery team.
- Build and maintain strong global relationships with senior and executive management.
Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years in program and portfolio management, including 7+ years in senior leadership roles.
- Significant, direct experience in cybersecurity is required.
- Proven Track Record: success delivering complex transformation programs with multi-million-dollar budgets.
- Leadership Expertise: ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, or a related field; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
- Certifications: PMP, PgMP, Agile Project Management, and/or relevant cybersecurity certifications are highly desirable.
