- Articulate case summary and resolution in writing and verbally
- Participate in workshops, trainings and office visits
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor or Master’s degree completed in the last year (preferably in Engineering/IT)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Customer oriented attitude
- Mastery in English
- Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) team
