Key responsibilities & impact

Manages and leads one or more programs involving multiple functions and project teams
Responsible for creating schedules, ensuring alignment and successful execution of critical deliverables
Responsible for managing program budget, resource allocation plan, and other supporting requirements
Manage the activities of project teams to ensure progress against established plans
Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders
Collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners
Drive innovation and integration of new technologies into the program
Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Information Systems Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
PMP/PMI certification preferred
Typically 6-10 years experience as a program manager
Extensive experience with using Smartsheet and other program planning tools and software packages
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language required
Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results
Operates in a highly independent manner with minimal guidance required.
