About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and backend services using C# and .NET/.NET Core technologies.
Work on application development using Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployment models.
Collaborate with virtualization and infrastructure teams to support solutions running on VMware and KVM platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, deployment, and environment-related issues across Linux-based systems.
Perform code reviews, debugging, unit testing, and support automation and quality initiatives.
Integrate AI-assisted engineering practices and tools into the software development lifecycle to improve developer productivity, accelerate troubleshooting, enhance code quality, and streamline automation workflows.
Utilize AI-powered coding and debugging assistants (such as GitHub Copilot or similar platforms) to support development, code optimization, testing, and operational efficiency.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and product teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Analyze performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements for scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices in .NET, virtualization, and Linux platforms.
Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and flexibility in handling technical deliverables and project responsibilities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's, or Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
8–15 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in C#/.NET technologies, Linux environments, and enterprise application development.
Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and KVM is preferred.
