About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manages and controls sales activities for the team
- Leads 7 or more direct reports
- Communicates effectively to set direction for the team
- Manages the HPE sales motion strategy
- Coaches to assure best in class individual and team sales performance
- Orchestrates major Enterprise-level customer engagements
Requirements
What you’ll need- University or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Public Sector experience
- Typically 10-12+ years’ experience in sales, including success in achieving progressively higher quota and other sales goals
- 5+ years’ experience managing high performing sales teams preferred
- Top Secret Clearance is preferred
- Demonstrated excellence in project management.
