About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manages and controls sales activities for the team
- Leads the sales community to success
- Orchestrates major Enterprise-level customer engagements for HPE
- Establishes sales methodology for end-to-end sales process management
- Follows up to ensure consistent execution
- Coaches and guides the direct and indirect team to consider each deal's impact on HPE's long term success.
- Engages and energizes team members to achieve team goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- University or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Public Sector experience
- Typically 10-12+ years’ experience in sales, including success in achieving progressively higher quota and other sales goals
- 5+ years’ experience managing high performing sales teams preferred
- Top Secret Clearance is preferred
- Demonstrated excellence in project management.
