About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across HPE Channel Sales, Business Units, and WW Sales Enablement to identify business priorities and certification needs.
  • Lead regular governance meetings, stakeholder calls, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key leadership teams.
  • Act as the primary interface between Sales leadership and the WW Sales Enablement Certification organization.
  • Ensure certification strategy aligns with Partner Ready Vantage program benefits, requirements, and compliance frameworks.
  • Partner with Channel and BU leadership to ensure certification programs support partner capability development and program compliance.
  • Own the sales certification curriculum lifecycle, including yearly planning, roadmap definition, and portfolio evolution.
  • Lead cross-functional development and delivery teams to execute the certification roadmap and deliver high-quality programs.
  • Own certification forecasting, budget management, and performance metrics.
  • Track certification adoption, program performance, and capability readiness across the sales ecosystem.
  • Analyze feedback from Business Units, channel partners, and field sales teams to identify capability gaps.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • First-level university degree; advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years in training, enablement, certification, or equivalent roles
  • 6+ years demonstrated presentation, facilitation, and consulting experience
  • 6+ years managing complex programs or projects within global organizations
  • Strong understanding of sales enablement, certification strategy, and partner ecosystems
  • Experience designing and managing sales certification or enablement programs
  • Ability to think strategically while managing operational execution
  • Excellent strategic planning, communication, and change management skills
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including program budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-organizational alignment
  • Strong project management and analytical capabilities
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and partner ecosystems
  • Exceptional relationship management and consultative skills
  • Strong consensus-building and stakeholder management abilities.
