About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for a defined set of customers in Baden-Württemberg, Germany
  • Drive account penetration in existing and new strategic accounts, aligned with the channel engagement model
  • Coordinate internal resources and external partners to deliver desired solutions to enterprise customers and act as a trusted advisor
  • Establish relationships with customers and partners at all organizational levels and identify buying influencers
  • Use our CRM tools to ensure knowledge sharing, create synergies, and improve business predictability
  • Achieve quota by working toward individual targets and executing in alignment with Networking team objectives
  • Plan handovers and leverage the appropriate organizational resources (technical consultants & channel partners) to ensure customer satisfaction and protect brand integrity
  • Contribute to our long-term success by regularly sharing best practices and pursuing continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent qualification
  • More than 5 years of professional experience in a sales environment selling products, solutions and services
  • Substantial experience in account and bid management
  • Deep knowledge of the IT sales market, particularly networking and security technologies
  • Strong skills in deal/project management, business planning, execution and control
  • Self-motivated with a proactive 'go-and-get' approach and a strong will to win
  • Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong customer orientation with empathy and advisory expertise
  • High level of responsibility and self-confidence
  • Business fluency in German (native-level) and English
