About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver end-to-end, high-quality service to Country/Cluster leadership by coordinating operational activities
  • Acts as the internal business operations point of contact (SPOC) for assigned country/cluster
  • Partners closely with cluster leadership to translate strategy into execution
  • Supports cluster leadership by coordinating operational activities, enabling governance and cadence
  • Acts as the connector between the cluster and central operations
  • Functions as an early-warning system for capacity constraints, risks, operational excellence and service-quality issues
  • Ensures alignment with regional POR, readiness, and financial planning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority
  • Ability to translate company strategy into execution
  • Services knowledge with focus on SSD
  • Comfort working with performance metrics, dashboards, and operational data
