About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive consistent revenue growth across the Data Protection portfolio
- Collaborate internally with other HPE Sales Organizations
- Direct and coordinate supporting sales activities
- Use internal sales tools to maintain a healthy pipeline
- Negotiate and drive profitable deals
- Establish professional relationships with clients
- Work with clients up to and including C-level for mid-to-large accounts
- Leverage knowledge of competitors and industry trends
- Lead marketing campaigns for Data Protection solutions
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of field software solution sales experience
- 2 years of experience selling data protection/business continuity/disaster recovery/cyber resiliency solutions
- Strong relationships in VAR/Reseller/Managed Provider ecosystem
- Cybersecurity knowledge and experience a big plus
- Ability to demonstrate selling value solutions with proven methodology (MEDDIC / MEDDPICC / Force Management Preferred)
- Ability to navigate large, highly matrixed organizations
