Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical coordination and program leadership for end‑to‑end execution of Slingshot switch and NIC ASIC programs
Develop and drive integrated execution plans, including schedules and critical deliverables
Track execution progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation or recovery plans
Serve as a primary interface between silicon engineering and other teams
Communicate program status, issues, risks, and escalation plans to senior leadership
Manage internal and external development partners
Drive alignment between business demand and design quality
Lead execution through manufacturing milestones
Provide guidance and mentoring to less‑experienced program managers and engineers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
PMP / PMI certification preferred
Typically 6–10+ years of experience managing complex ASIC or VLSI development programs
Demonstrated hands‑on experience with ASIC or VLSI design and physical implementation processes
Strong, practical understanding of ASIC design flows and sign‑off criteria
Extensive experience using project and program planning tools
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and risk‑management skills
Demonstrated business acumen
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
