Partner with customer-side program directors, senior IT leaders, and business stakeholders responsible for integration and accountability for large-scale investments.
Own end-to-end delivery of high revenue programs, ensuring scope, schedule, quality and profitability.
Lead and coach teams of program managers, project managers, technical teams.
Translate between technical and business stakeholders; communicate clearly and drive alignment.
Coordinate across teams responsible for construction/project management, software/service delivery.
Be the primary point of accountability for customer commitments, contracts and statements of work.
Provide ongoing communication to key stakeholders and develop relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

Prior people management experience
Demonstrated track record delivering complex, contract based solutions to external paying customers (hardware + software + services).
Experience balancing very complex programs, often containing construction/project management, technical discovery, large scale hardware/software/service delivery as an integrated offering
Demonstrated experience working and leading in an environment with a high degree of uncertainty
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate across disciplines and lead difficult conversations.
Domain experience with high performance computing, cloud infrastructure at scale, datacenter planning, and complex software integration.
Experience as a doer or subject matter expert in one or more of the roles in an extended team encompassing facilities engineering, compute hardware installation and large scale system bringup, software integration and configuration/localization, services delivery.
