About the role

  • Support the Strategy Lead by consolidating and structuring product requirements, and working closely with compute product management, solutions, and engineering teams to ensure alignment between Telco Infrastructure BU and HPE Compute roadmaps.
  • Assist in gathering and clarifying product requirements by translating market and customer needs into actionable technical inputs, leveraging customer knowledge and business, financial, and industry context.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to communicate detailed requirements, track progress, and help resolve technical questions, while feeding field insights into product discussions and enablement planning.
  • Lead Telco Enablement program core teams by coordinating cross-functional efforts to produce test reports and field-ready collateral.
  • Execute beta programs for compute platforms, collaborating closely with engineering, sourcing, vendors, and lab teams to help ensure timely execution and cost-effective outcomes.
  • Maintain Carrier-grade QuickSpecs and Carrier-grade product menu, and coordinate the NEBS enablement plan with NEBS experts and platform engineering.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and communication interface between internal and external engineering teams to streamline information flow, unblock issues, and prevent execution delays.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and coordination skills across technical and business teams, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of cross-organizational and cross-domain initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives in a structured manner and work effectively in geographically distributed teams
  • Solid understanding of O-RAN / vRAN (DU/CU), 5G Core architectures, Edge deployments, and carrier-grade Telco environments
  • Familiarity with cloud-native telco infrastructure, virtualization, SDN, orchestration frameworks, and containerized network functions
  • Knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure in Telco, including GPU-based platforms, model deployment, edge inference, and automation use cases
