Directs the development of overall program strategy, budgets, resource allocation plans, and requirements.
Manages activities of supporting teams and partners, ensuring alignment with strategy and ownership of profit and loss management.
Communicates program progress and collaborates with stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects.
Reviews and evaluates program plans for compliance and provides feedback to improve quality and results.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
PMP/PMI certification preferred.
Typically 10+ years experience.
Experience designing and developing project and program planning tools and software packages.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated business acumen and success managing cross-business unit programs.
History of innovation in technical, engineering and/or manufacturing processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
