About the role

  • As a Solutions Enablement Program Manager, drive the success and adoption of HPE Networking's Portfolios and Solutions.
  • Develop a comprehensive enablement program strategy for HPE Networking's SASE & Security portfolio.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and create high-quality enablement content.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions, both virtual and in-person, to internal teams.
  • Work closely with product management, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure enablement materials are up to date.
  • Establish KPIs to track effectiveness and impact of enablement programs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and customer challenges to help position HPE Networking's solutions effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, relevant industry-based certifications or other certified training is a must.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in program management, technical sales or enablement roles, preferably within networking, software aaS, data center, or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, such as threat detection & response, Zero Trust, IAM, cloud security (Azure, AWS, GCP), data protection & compliance.
  • Familiarity with common cybersecurity frameworks: NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS controls, ISO 27001.
  • Understanding of security product categories and how they're sold: SIEM, XDR, EDR, SASE, DLP, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of access layer and switching technologies, AI operations, routing protocols, and security considerations.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, ability to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs, including virtual and in-person sessions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to understand and address customer requirements and challenges.
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Certifications such as PMI is a plus.
