As a Solutions Enablement Program Manager, drive the success and adoption of HPE Networking's Portfolios and Solutions.
Develop a comprehensive enablement program strategy for HPE Networking's SASE & Security portfolio.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and create high-quality enablement content.
Deliver engaging training sessions, both virtual and in-person, to internal teams.
Work closely with product management, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure enablement materials are up to date.
Establish KPIs to track effectiveness and impact of enablement programs.
Stay abreast of industry trends and customer challenges to help position HPE Networking's solutions effectively.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, relevant industry-based certifications or other certified training is a must.
Proven experience (5+ years) in program management, technical sales or enablement roles, preferably within networking, software aaS, data center, or telecommunications industry.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, such as threat detection & response, Zero Trust, IAM, cloud security (Azure, AWS, GCP), data protection & compliance.
Familiarity with common cybersecurity frameworks: NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS controls, ISO 27001.
Understanding of security product categories and how they're sold: SIEM, XDR, EDR, SASE, DLP, etc.
Strong knowledge of access layer and switching technologies, AI operations, routing protocols, and security considerations.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, ability to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs, including virtual and in-person sessions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to understand and address customer requirements and challenges.
Self-motivated, ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Certifications such as PMI is a plus.
