About the role
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across HPE Channel Sales, Business Units, and WW Sales Enablement to identify business priorities and certification needs.
- Lead regular governance meetings, stakeholder calls, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key leadership teams.
- Act as the primary interface between Sales leadership and WW Sales Enablement Certification organization.
- Ensure certification strategy aligns with Partner Ready Vantage program benefits, requirements, and compliance frameworks.
- Maintain governance alignment across certification initiatives supporting HPE's partner ecosystem.
- Own the sales certification curriculum lifecycle, including yearly planning, roadmap definition, and portfolio evolution.
- Lead cross-functional development and delivery teams to execute the certification roadmap and deliver high-quality programs.
- Own certification forecasting, budget management, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- First-level university degree; advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in training, enablement, certification, or equivalent roles.
- 6+ years demonstrated presentation, facilitation, and consulting experience.
- 6+ years managing complex programs or projects within global organizations.
- Strong understanding of sales enablement, certification strategy, and partner ecosystems.
- Experience designing and managing sales certification or enablement programs.
- Ability to think strategically while managing operational execution.
- Excellent strategic planning, communication, and change management skills.
- Strong financial and business acumen, including program budgeting and forecasting.
- Exceptional relationship management and consultative skills.
