Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with the Customer to utilize industry best practices (ITIL/ITSM)
  • Promote customer satisfaction and manage satisfaction issues

  • Manage service delivery and customer engagement effectively

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years recent experience with Customer Success with high touch engagements
  • A professional degree or equivalent experience and 7+ years related experience
  • Basic knowledge of technologies: Wireless, Networking, Cloud
  • Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office applications
  • Verbal, written, and typing skills in English
  • Account management skills and demonstrated Program Management skills
  • ITIL/ITSM certification desired
