About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with the Customer to utilize industry best practices (ITIL/ITSM)
- Promote customer satisfaction and manage satisfaction issues
- Build positive relationships with ARUBA/HPE team members
- Lead the support team and guide toward organizational goals
- Manage service delivery and customer engagement effectively
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years recent experience with Customer Success with high touch engagements
- A professional degree or equivalent experience and 7+ years related experience
- Basic knowledge of technologies: Wireless, Networking, Cloud
- Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office applications
- Verbal, written, and typing skills in English
- Account management skills and demonstrated Program Management skills
- ITIL/ITSM certification desired
