About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure deals are compliant with Worldwide HPE policy, procedures & processes as well as BU Guidelines.
- Review SOW, ensure legal, financial and compliance aspects on Presales, Deal Assessment and Deal Governance for Greenlake deals
- Accelerate the Order Booking, the Customer Invoicing and 3rd party Purchase Requisition
- Develop and utilize SFDC, SAP, processes and workflow tools to enable the sales lifecycle (pricing, orders, invoicing, opportunity assessment)
- Help facilitating dispute invoice resolutions and HPE cash flow (partnering with Credit & Collections)
- Support Business Controls & Audit compliance work close with Centers in Dalian and Chennai
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in a similar position (Admin, Finance, Operations etc)
- Experience using Microsoft Office product
- Bachelor's degree or similar (Preferable, but not essential)
- English advanced level is required and Turkish advanced level is preferred
