About the role

  • Designs engineering solutions for electrical and electronic parts
  • Develops and implements test plans for new and existing designs
  • Collaborates with management and partners regarding design status
  • Leads project teams to develop reliable, cost-effective solutions
  • Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Typically 4–6 years of experience as a Product Engineer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate product architectures
  • Experience in project management; experience in disk-related projects is a plus
  • Experience with Hard Disk Drives (HDD) and/or Solid State Drives (SSD) is nice to have
  • PMP certification is nice to have
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Power BI is beneficial.
