About the role
- Creates, delivers and manages talent programs to attract, develop and retain leaders and engaged employees.
- Partners with HR and business leaders to align talent strategies to meet business priorities.
- Designs and delivers global diversity initiatives.
- Analyzes performance, assessment and talent data, and facilitates talent planning sessions.
- Builds partnerships with local universities and organizations to enhance talent pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human, Industrial Psychology or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- At least 6-10 years of experience in an HR function and/or a generalist role.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Excellent project management and process development skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Strong budget management and accounting skills.
