About the role

  • Responsible for a defined set of Global Accounts in Germany
  • Create, drive, and manage a robust security sales pipeline while identifying and developing new business opportunities that lead to new logo wins
  • Capture leads outside of specialization and leverage closed-loop lead management to ensure assignment and follow-up by others
  • Maintain strong awareness of competitors within accounts to strategically position the company’s products and services
  • Identify new opportunities and expand existing ones
  • Support Account Managers with security specialization and jointly execute aligned account and channel strategies
  • Establish consultative relationships with customers and partners at all organizational levels up to C-level and identify buying influencers
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
  • More than 8 years of experience in a sales environment selling high-value software and services
  • 3–5 years of cybersecurity-specific sales experience
  • Significant experience in top-account sales and a good understanding of the industry and market segments in which key accounts operate
  • Expert knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, the market, and competitive positioning
  • Strong consultative and enterprise selling skills
  • Strong customer orientation with empathy and advisory competence
  • Strong knowledge of deal project management, business planning, execution, and control
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven approach and a strong will to win
  • Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • High level of responsibility and confidence
  • Experience with MEDDPICC and Salesforce
  • Business-fluent German (native level) and English
