Program-manage the rollout of engineering lab managed services and lab solutions.
Drive modernization across engineering labs and lead the Management of Change (MoC).
Track and communicate operational metrics, dashboards, and KPIs.
Collaborate with lab software engineers to integrate automation frameworks.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
Typically 10+ years of experience
PMP/PMI certification preferred
Experience designing and developing project and program planning tools and software packages
Proficiency with Confluence and JIRA for documentation and program visibility
Knowledge of lab automation and orchestration systems
Experience building and managing dashboards for operational metrics using Power BI, SmartSheets, etc.
Knowledge of Management of Change (MoC) methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
