About the role
- Leads and develops a high performing inside sales team focused on SMB and transactional accounts within a multifaceted organization.
- Responsible for driving operational success, strategic alignment, and integration with major business functions.
- Balances customer retention/expansion with new acquisition, delivering sustainable revenue growth and market share.
- Acts as a trusted advisor and coach to sales professionals, fostering talent development and a culture of high performance.
- Responsible for accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and executing structured sales processes, leveraging advanced sales tools and AI to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Builds relationships with key partners and distributors, ensuring a robust channel ecosystem, and drives change management initiatives for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive sales management experience, including SMB/transactional sales and quota achievement.
- Experience managing both outbound and inbound inside sales teams.
- Proven track record in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and implementing structured sales processes.
- Demonstrated project management and change leadership abilities.
- Fluent in English and German language.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
