About the role

  • Leads and develops a high performing inside sales team focused on SMB and transactional accounts within a multifaceted organization.
  • Responsible for driving operational success, strategic alignment, and integration with major business functions.
  • Balances customer retention/expansion with new acquisition, delivering sustainable revenue growth and market share.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor and coach to sales professionals, fostering talent development and a culture of high performance.
  • Responsible for accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and executing structured sales processes, leveraging advanced sales tools and AI to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Builds relationships with key partners and distributors, ensuring a robust channel ecosystem, and drives change management initiatives for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive sales management experience, including SMB/transactional sales and quota achievement.
  • Experience managing both outbound and inbound inside sales teams.
  • Proven track record in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and implementing structured sales processes.
  • Demonstrated project management and change leadership abilities.
  • Fluent in English and German language.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
