About the role
- Provides and uses Foreign Exchange contracts and other instruments to help execute the FX Strategy of HPE
- Handles foreign currency management
- Identifies and manages FX, financial, organizational, and operational risks
- Assists with the development of organizational FX policies
- Conducts special economic model analysis and assessments
- Works with other units within the Finance function
- Provides highly innovative solutions
- Leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives
Requirements
- First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred
- Typically 10+ years related experience in finance, audit, and/or accounting
- Relevant certification preferred
- Complete systematic understanding of FX processes, as well as other Treasury and Finance functions
- Advanced knowledge of the regulatory environment as it relates to treasury and FX activities
- Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
