About the role
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for manufacturing solutions
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities within discrete manufacturing companies in these regions.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and position our solution effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams and ISV partner abat to design and deliver integrated MES solutions.
- Drive adoption of HPE GreenLake as-a-Service pricing models for cloud-like consumption.
- Negotiate and close complex solution deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Proven track record in solution selling to manufacturing companies.
- Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing processes , terminology, and pain points.
- Experience working for a manufacturer or selling to manufacturers (credibility in the sector is essential).
- Ability to articulate value propositions around Industry 4.0 , MES , and digital transformation.
- Familiarity with ERP integration , factory scheduling , and smart manufacturing concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work across diverse cultures and geographies in EMEA& LATAM
- Fluency in English and other local languages, ideally German.
