About the role
- Responsible for delivery of company-based training programs that produce desired business outcomes
- Plans, schedules, and delivers customized training programs for sales, leadership/management, and/or technical topics
- Evaluates effectiveness of organizational development education solutions
- Collaborates with company business segments, global functions, and Centers of Expertise
- Encourages participation and meets target audience needs to facilitate change management in client groups
- Manages a team of delivery resources, providing an effective environment for people to meet their established objectives
- Manages budget, forecasts, and reconciliation
- Drives alignment of priorities to the needs of the company's corporate and/or business function
Requirements
- First-level university degree; advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Typically 8-10 years in a training delivery or equivalent role
- 6+ years of demonstrated presentation, facilitation, and consulting experience with cross-functional teams
- Typically 0-2 years of supervisory experience
- Superior planning, communication, change management, and cultural awareness skills
- Superior ability to quickly lead the adoption of new, complex technology and concepts
- Superior familiarity with learning content and delivery solutions
- Strong people management capabilities
