About the role

Responsible for delivery of company-based training programs that produce desired business outcomes
Plans, schedules, and delivers customized training programs for sales, leadership/management, and/or technical topics
Evaluates effectiveness of organizational development education solutions
Collaborates with company business segments, global functions, and Centers of Expertise
Encourages participation and meets target audience needs to facilitate change management in client groups
Manages a team of delivery resources, providing an effective environment for people to meet their established objectives
Manages budget, forecasts, and reconciliation
Drives alignment of priorities to the needs of the company's corporate and/or business function

First-level university degree; advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience
Typically 8-10 years in a training delivery or equivalent role
6+ years of demonstrated presentation, facilitation, and consulting experience with cross-functional teams
Typically 0-2 years of supervisory experience
Superior planning, communication, change management, and cultural awareness skills
Superior ability to quickly lead the adoption of new, complex technology and concepts
Superior familiarity with learning content and delivery solutions
Strong people management capabilities
