About the role
- Act as the primary liaison between the Partner Program team and the Compute and Hybrid Cloud Business Units
- Advocate for partner program investment among BU leadership
- Lead the driving of partner adoption and growth across all regions
- Engage with VP and senior product leaders to promote the partner program
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to set the direction for partner-ready offerings
- Gather and analyze BU feedback to inform program development and strategies
- Analyze partner performance for growth opportunities and gaps.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with compute, hybrid cloud, or infrastructure technology
- Strong understanding of Compute and Hybrid Cloud technologies
- University or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in designing and managing incentive structures and partner enablement programs
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams and lead through influence.
