About the role
- The Sales and Partner Experience Program Manager will lead and manage the overall tracking of KPIs, license usage and adoption, as well as track the investments and ROI for critical programs driving productivity and simplification for Global Sales and Partners.
- You have extensive expertise in business, finance and sales operations processes and their application within business-wide systems, particularly CRM systems and connected platforms including SFDC.
- You will have the ability to draw on key tools and techniques to research, assess and determine innovative approaches to identify, design and resolve critical business challenges.
- You will build relationships across multiple business units with customer, partner and sales facing teams and will recommend solutions to address critical business needs.
- Highly skilled at consensus building and conflict management.
- Proven ability to lead and drive complex projects and programs.
- Excellent ability to assess and analyze risk and provide clear recommendations with associated actions and follow-through.
- You will provide reporting and analytics related to impact, usage and adoption.
- You will manage the Sales and Partner Experience budget and partnership with finance to achieve the Flash targets.
- You have very strong presentation and communication skills; the ability to facilitate, influence and lead at the leadership level.
Requirements
- At least 10 years previous experience in program management, financial management and driving cross functional /transformational programs
- At least 10 years previous Project Management experience, PMP certification can be a plus
- Sales and Partner Financial Acumen: Understanding of Partner industry, trends, competitors, and the channel.
- Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex program objectives
- Advanced business acumen, technical knowledge within multiple business units, and extensive knowledge in applications and technologies.
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence.
- Superior group facilitation, and influence skills.
