About the role

  • Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving common and complex business/technical issues.
  • Manages exempt individual contributors and/or supervisors.
  • Provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy.
  • Plans, manages and monitors operational/tactical activities of Staff.
  • Recruits and supports development of direct staff members.
  • Communicates direction to the team in line with the company’s vision and strategy.

Requirements

  • University or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 10+ years’ experience in sales, including success in progressively higher quota and sales goals.
  • Experience mentoring other sales professionals and employees.
  • Prefer experience leading high performing sales teams.
  • Experience selling A&PS solutions strongly preferred.
