About the role
- Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving common and complex business/technical issues.
- Manages exempt individual contributors and/or supervisors.
- Provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy.
- Plans, manages and monitors operational/tactical activities of Staff.
- Recruits and supports development of direct staff members.
- Communicates direction to the team in line with the company’s vision and strategy.
Requirements
- University or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Typically 10+ years’ experience in sales, including success in progressively higher quota and sales goals.
- Experience mentoring other sales professionals and employees.
- Prefer experience leading high performing sales teams.
- Experience selling A&PS solutions strongly preferred.
