About the role
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Financial Services and Retail Payments solutions across India and APAC.
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities with banks, payment processors, card issuers, and merchant acquirers in these regions.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and position our solution effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams and ISV partners to design and deliver integrated payment solutions.
- Promote adoption of HPE GreenLake as-a-Service pricing models for flexible, consumption-based billing.
- Negotiate and close complex solution deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Proven track record in solution selling to financial institutions and/or retail payment organizations.
- Strong understanding of payments industry processes, terminology, and regulatory standards.
- Experience working for a bank, card issuer, payment processor, or merchant acquirer (credibility is essential).
- Ability to articulate value propositions around payments modernization, ISO 20022, and digital transformation.
- Familiarity with transaction-based pricing models and as-a-Service frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work across diverse cultures and geographies in India and APAC.
