Solutions Engineer

• Remote Hardware/Software Phone and Electronic Support
• Admin level OS knowledge; Vmware, Unix Systems (Solaris, HP, AIX, Linux) and Windows
• Resolution of complex hardware and software issues related to Storage, SAN and Hosts
• Real time remote system review along with detailed diagnostic log review
• Coordination of onsite repair
• Product defect and compatibility identification and duplication
• Elevation management including coordination with Engineering and Product development teams
• Technical documentation in CRM and Knowledge Base tools
• Knowledge sharing which will include Training, Mentoring and Collaboration with peer support groups
• Partnering with Sales Pursuit teams in identification of revenue opportunities
• Proactively assist customer in avoiding problem reoccurrence
• Flexibility in working hours
