About the role
- Define and own the product roadmap for SDN and network virtualization features
- Build and scale virtualized network infrastructure including virtual switches, routers, gateways, and service chains
- Define requirements for dynamic, intent-based networking policies and secure workload isolation
- Collaborate with engineering on architecture decisions and integration into cloud and on-prem platforms
- Engage with customers to understand networking pain points and gather feedback on roadmap priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field of study
- Advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred
- 10+ years of work experience in related field
- Experience with micro segmentation frameworks and tools
- Familiarity with network security policies and their integration with SDN solutions
- Strong background in virtualization technologies such as virtual switches, NFV, and network overlays
- Expertise in multi-cloud networking challenges
