About the role
- Successfully resolve technical issues (hardware and software) for internal and external customers and end users
- Respond to service, product, technical, and customer-relations questions via telephone and e-support
- Articulate case summary and resolution and add to Knowledge Management System (KMS)
- Proactively assist customers to avoid or reduce problem occurrence
- Represent the company at face-to-face customer site visits, industry conferences/trade shows, and vendor meetings
- Engage team members for support to ensure SLA demands are met and begin partnering with Sales Pursuit team
- Apply foundational technical principles as an entry-level team member providing information, analysis and recommendations
Requirements
- High School: completion of post-primary level education (H.S. diploma, 'A' levels, Baccalaureate, etc.)
- 0-1 year experience in relevant technologies and customer environments
- Relevant industry qualification where applicable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in language to be supported
- Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Software and hardware knowledge of computing, storage and peripheral devices
- Advanced proficiency with case management databases and tools
- Superior customer service skills; phone, remote and e-support experience
