About the role

  • Successfully resolve technical issues (hardware and software) for internal and external customers and end users
  • Respond to service, product, technical, and customer-relations questions via telephone and e-support
  • Articulate case summary and resolution and add to Knowledge Management System (KMS)
  • Proactively assist customers to avoid or reduce problem occurrence
  • Represent the company at face-to-face customer site visits, industry conferences/trade shows, and vendor meetings
  • Engage team members for support to ensure SLA demands are met and begin partnering with Sales Pursuit team
  • Apply foundational technical principles as an entry-level team member providing information, analysis and recommendations

Requirements

  • High School: completion of post-primary level education (H.S. diploma, 'A' levels, Baccalaureate, etc.)
  • 0-1 year experience in relevant technologies and customer environments
  • Relevant industry qualification where applicable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in language to be supported
  • Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Software and hardware knowledge of computing, storage and peripheral devices
  • Advanced proficiency with case management databases and tools
  • Superior customer service skills; phone, remote and e-support experience
