About the role
- Provides deep technical expertise for hardware, software, or services in the creation and delivery of proposals
- Creates and maintains effective customer relationships to secure customer satisfaction
- Participates in deep-dive discussions and gathers information about customer technical needs
- Collaborates with account teams in developing and communicating key value propositions
- Delivers compelling and convincing presentations addressing specific requirements and expectations
- Protects and expands HPE's footprint with the customer by leveraging new technologies
- Develops strategies to counter likely competitive threats
Requirements
- Presales Solution Architect or Sales Engineer
- 5+ years of experience in presales
- Successful experience designing and selling both block and file storage solutions
- Strong relationships with HPE channel partners in the region
- Strong communication skills: Writing technical and business explanations
- Public speaking / Classroom instruction
- Experience working with large and complex enterprise customers
- Experience running infrastructure and software PoC (Proof of Concept)
