About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Planning, management and implementation of IT projects in the areas of remote service, production data collection, track & trace, and software interfaces
- Advising national and international customers in pre-sales and after-sales
- Handling 2nd-level support and resolving complex customer inquiries
- Training and advising internal departments on IT-related topics
- Creating structured project and product documentation
- Close collaboration with the development team to implement customized customer solutions
- On-site customer support during occasional travel
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in IT project management
- Solid knowledge of networking
- Enthusiasm for modern IT solutions
- Structured and solution-oriented working approach
- Strong technical understanding
- Good communication skills and a strong customer focus
- Organizational talent and the ability to work independently
- Fluent English for collaboration with international customers
- Willingness to travel occasionally
