About the role
- IT project management: Take responsibility for planning, controlling and implementing projects in the areas of remote service, production data acquisition, track & trace, and software interfaces
- Customer consulting: Support our national and international customers with professional advice — both in pre-sales and after-sales
- Support: Provide 2nd level support and develop practical, hands-on solutions for complex customer inquiries
- Internal collaboration: Train and advise our internal departments on IT-related topics
- Documentation: Create clear and structured project and product documentation
- Interface to development: Work closely with our development team to realize customized solutions for customers
Requirements
- Education: You have a degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience: Several years of experience in IT project management
- Technical understanding: Solid knowledge of network technology and enthusiasm for modern IT solutions
- Analytical skills: You are structured, solution-oriented and have strong technical understanding
- Communication skills: You enjoy working in a team, communicate effectively and have a strong customer focus
- Organizational skills: You keep an overview even in complex projects and work independently
- Language skills: Confident English proficiency for collaboration with international customers
- Willingness to travel: You are willing to travel occasionally to support customers on site
